TC Changan Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong-Kong listed Tan Chong International Limited (TCIL) is the exclusive distributor of Changan International vehicles through locally incorporated companies in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Philippines. The company is dedicated to promote the Changan brand in the South-East Asia region along with providing beyond expectations after sales and customer service to the owners of Changan vehicles.

The products from Changan line-up of commercial vehicles and passenger cars are distributed in both left-hand and right-hand drive models.
